Ordering and Payments

  1. Ordering/conclusion of contract

    The ordering options available to you are via adirenation.com or telephone. Please visit our customer service pages or send an email to customerservice@adirenation.com for further information.

    Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, an ADIRE NATION representative will contact you to settle the refund.

  2. Withdrawal of Order

    You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order within 24-48 hours  after receipt of the ordered items. If cancelled before it is shipped , you will receive a refund which would include Adire nation’s standard delivery cost, but when the order is cancelled after the order has been shipped, you shall only get a refund for the cost of the item(s) back without delivery fee. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded. You will find the full Return Policy at adirenation.com.
    If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing either by post, preferably by using the pre-printed return form in your parcel, or by sending a letter to ADIRE NATION Customer Service.
    We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, reflect the return of the items in your account balance) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the items. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change; in any case this will not generate any additional charges.

    If the item you have received is defective, please notify ADIRE NATION promptly and return the item in accordance with section 6 (Returns) below. ADIRE NATION will, for any products deemed defective, provide a full refund. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.

  3. Returns

    ADIRE NATION guarantees a full refund of the returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. If damage was done to the item by the customer, either due to carelessness or a deliberate act , Adire Nation will not be responsible for giving a refund. All products go through quality control before they are shipped out to the customer.
    All our parcels contain a pre-printed return form for you to use if you decide to return any items. You will find more detailed information regarding our return process on the delivery note and in our  Returns and Refund Policy.

  4. Payment methods

    You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.

    Debit card
    You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid debit card (VISA or Verve or Mastercard). The applicable amount will immediately be reserved on your card but will not be debited until the goods are dispatched. ADIRE NATION reserves the right to check the validity of the debit card, and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.

    ADIRE NATION gift cards
    You can choose to pay the whole or part of your order placed at our website with ADIRE NATION gift cards and ADIRE NATION merchandise cards. Read more about ADIRE NATION gift cards and how it can be combined with other payment methods here.

    Please note that ADIRE NATION reserves the right to send payment requests to your e-mail address.

    Please note that we do not accept cash or cheques as initial pay,met options. Should there be an issue with the online payment platform, Adire nation is hosting or participating in a trade fair or exhibition or having a sales, only then would the option of paying by cash/cheque be accepted. Payments through cash/cheque/bank transfer should be made to a UBA Bank with account number 1019092750 and account name ADIRE NATION should there be an issue with the online payment option. ADIRE NATION reserves the right to charge £15 for costs arising for any cash/cheques received.

    Please note that payment via bank transfer would only be effected after which you have sent an email to customerservice@adirenation.coml, with evidence of payment and payment information including amount paid, bank branch paid to, date the payment was made. ADIRE NATION will in turn confirm the eligibility of the payment before fulfilling your order.

    You will receive the legally required invoice document in the Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
