Delivery & Returns

  1. Delivery

    ADIRE NATION exercises the utmost diligence in accepting and processing orders and will endeavour to deliver your order to the address provided by you,in accordance with your selected delivery option. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the

    ADIRE NATION endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2 to 3 days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Custom order would a time frame of 14-17 days following confirmation of order, unless otherwise agreed. Please allow for an extra 1-2 working days for deliveries to further regions. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

    Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

  2. Third Party Delivery system.

    ADIRE NATION handles the Delivery of orders made within the area of Lagos state, Nigeria. Please, see delivery locations below. Orders made from areas outside of Lagos state would be handled through a third party delivery system. Customers making orders from outside the area of Lagos state, should send an email to customerservice@adirenation.com with subject, ORDER OUTSIDE LAGOS, with details of the desired products, quantity and an agreement as to the delivery method will be negotiated between Adire nation and you.

  3. Returns

    ADIRE NATION guarantees a full refund of the returned items in accordance with section 5 (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact. If damage was done to the item by the customer, either due to carelessness or a deliberate act , Adire Nation will not be responsible for giving a refund. All products go through quality control before they are shipped out to the customer.
    All our parcels contain a pre-printed return form for you to use if you decide to return any items. You will find more detailed information regarding our return process on the delivery note and in our  Returns and Refund Policy.
